Milton Stokes Interview

This month's featured Professional of the Month is Milton Stokes. Milton is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, owner of One Source Nutrition, LLC, a private nutrition practice in Southern Connecticut, as well as the chief dietitian for Sodexho at St. Barnabas Hospital & Nursing Home in the Bronx and a freelance writer. Besides writing and nutrition counseling, Milton worked for more than a decade in a restaurant he co-owned in Kentucky and was formerly managing partner of Culinary Nutrition Consultants, Inc in New York City.
